There is a ride on Sunday the 13th of march.
We intend to ride to Peterculter.
It is basically a picnic ride: we meet up at 11 on CastleGate, ride, have a (rich) meal and see how it goes. Bring whatever you feel like having for lunch.

Peterculter heritage hall do tea and cakes between 2 and 4pm on a saturday and sunday. the heritage hall is right next to the deeside way. the tea and cakes are sold at a fairly cheap price by volunteers to raise funds for the hall. i have been in ther twice before with a group of dirty mountain bikers and they don’t seem to mind at all. in fact they were very welcoming.
you coul cycle back along lovers lane which runs down the side of the heritage hall and then down to the river, eventually joining up withe the deeside way. you would need wider tyres for this. but it’s a nice route.
